The game will be around for awhile ofcouse, theres a sucker born everyday, that will buy it and try it and have some fun and hope for more, the sad fact is we wont get it, and just the fact we cant even use the content we paid for , such as assasin , quartermaster, synergy guns... what even did we pay for , we cant upgrade our equipment or anything, we can only do repetitive thing that basically get us nowhere, There is no "end Game" or even much content at all besides solo content. some co-ops. But at the same time the community doesnt do them, and have reason to group up work together. They basically can kill 1 enemy per instance , then leave and get full credit (co-op, arkfalls, emergencies) you dont even have to actively play to get credit. Most people lvl up by playing same mission over and over. Or killing 1 thing and leaving waiting for a "sucker" to come along and do it for them. yes only suckers still play and pay for this product. But yea as long as they give us something suckers will keep paying as long as they get money its succesful to them , but horrid game for any true gamer , and if your thinking defiance 2.... your out of mind. this game needs to be taken off shelves and fixed just like Final Fantasy MMo that failed because of no real content....just like this game. But all you guys still supporting it, have fun collecting guns you cant mod, or will later have to pay to mod... , repeting missions getting stronger EGO with no way to take pride in your acomplishments. The game hasnt changed a bit since you were ego 250 , and your prolly ego 3000 right now with no direction to work on your character or story, Maybe youll get an episode next week and you can hit square on some intel or turret and get what you were hoping for....
I've been playing games since the good old day's of the Spectrum and I would like to think that I too know what "makes a good game", but the fact that I can play any game in my collection with all of my friends makes this game limited in it's appeal. Furthermore I still play the first GOW, Splinter Cell even Fallout, but I seriously doubt Defiance will keep me hooked for longer than the next few months at present.
