Grammar is language specific. So if they aren't primary English speakers, them having perfect grammar is not a guarantee either.

Patch notes:

-Twerked some stuffs
-Did some other stuffs
-Fed the hamster powering the servers
-Spilled beer on some stuff that was already fixed, breaking them stuffs again
-Added some stuffs then removed them again before anyone noticed
