going for a mid afternoon troll...

the gamestop i go to has 2 gorgeous girls working there, so of course i like that one. On a serious note though, the girls are really knowledgeble about games, and the rest of the staff is really cool to. I'm friends with them all(i even play defiance with a few of them). But, that is the only gamestop i go to cuz the others are garbage. Crappy employees, bad business to. Sadly though, other than a place called Power Gamer(unless you live in Maryland, you probably haven't heard of them), Gamestop is the only game store around. And by the way, Power Gamer is the worst game store you will ever go to....so don't!!!

That's why I don't talk to them. Or anyone, really.

The people at the 2 local ones around here are great.

I like that the people at the 2 I go to will give their opinions on games and such, or let you know what they've heard.. but from what OP said that dude just came off like a *******.

his opinion sucks though. if I told people to buy apples and I sold oranges than i'd be screwed for business.i don't care what reviewers think...the game is a fun work in progress and I appreciate it for everything it does other games don't. it's brave, and fresh on consoles.

Gamestop employees are so annoying they never get anything right. I preorder Borderlands 2 but apparently i preordered the vault hunter edition -.-... I preordered skyrim but apparently i preordered 2 copies of the game -.-... I preorder dead island and get the regular instead of limited edition -.-... I want to play Gears of war Judgment beta but don't get a code in email -.-... The list can go on so I bought Defiance at this thing called a store instead and that was the smartest idea ever.

Last time I was at a gamederp(nearly a decade ago) and I couldn't be in there for 2 minutes without one of the mouth breather employees telling what they thought about things I never asked about.

I'd rather jury duty than step inside a video game store.

I know what you mean... last time I walked in there was a year ago to buy all their PS2 games that were on sale for next to nothing since they were clearing them out. I would like to walk into one of those stores one day where I don't get a strong opinion on what I should or shouldn't purchase and the clerks act like clerks and not my best friend.
