So its a big screw you?

Last patch wipes my install. Have to download the game again. At 2 hours left it keeps popping the patch error.

I mean really what is trion's standard? EA? Is that what trion wants to be known as? The next EA? No customer service response, no acknowledgement of the issue. It appears the game is just PR for the show. I guess the best option is to make the show look like the **** the game is.
