Doesn't hurt to try, well it probably does when the baby bites and stuff but other than that it doesn't hurt to try.

Go for it. If you want to breastfeed, just talk to your partner about it being your equal right etc. Men are just as capable of breastfeeding as women. I've done extensive research on the topic, and the primary difference would be, for example, a man can feed a baby for a year, a woman for five years. Men shouldn't breastfeed longer than three years consecutively. The suppression of testosterone may cause cancer, but in the short term it's perfectly normal. And your pecs will return to their normal state afterwards. Men who breastfeed, complain that the pectoral muscles around the breast are a little tender as though they've worked out a lot. I think men breastfeeding is nature's way of ensuring survival of the species. Remember, men have the same breast parts, and milk production comes from the pituitary gland not from having a uterus.

Why do I sense another person attempting to try and bait people. Bless kids these days. ^.^

That's not true. In fact there is some research (very little in Western popular culture) than male breast milk has more colostrum and protein than women's.

I'm not bating anyone. And I think it's great this guy is even thinking about it. I think it's wonderful that a father and husband wants to take part in the biological process of nurturing his infant, and not just copping out after being the animate human *****. I say: Men are more than baby making dildos! So there.

May I ask why you searched for a thread that was clearly done with and the OP had clearly disappeared. Yet for some reason of all threads about for your first post you decided to post on this clearly odd thread.
