Just walked into another character and you are plain wrong.
It's not even the same height (neither head nor waist) for male human vs female irathient. Width of shoulders deviates as well and the female character is wearing light armor while the male one is wearing one of the technician outfits.
Yeah switching from a human male to a human female felt like I was moving from the hulk into a teenager xD. I think it's more they need to shrink the guy's models a bit.
