server down?

i cant log in says for help with account or installation issues contact customer support. have friends playing. did they start taking servers down 4 the patch without saying anything maybe? i figured it would be delayed again.

I have the same question. Just installed the new patch and now I get the CRITICAL Defiance Service is not available. >.<

Server will be down for two hours, after the patch was done to apply the server maintenance for said patches. Otherwise... well we read about what happy to PC and Xbox, PS... I saw Stoya when I was doing Liberate the Lost yesterday, and Stoya was a lot higher then 337, well over 1k if I recall, only mentioning because of your sig.

ya just downloaded, same "critical" message.

I believe the servers will be down for a little while, but it will update the patch when you start the game.

was this reroll back on players?? or was it just reset on servers?? did not see any patch...
