Like title says, before patch, I could see player names, clan, etc. now, nothing over player heads.

Bug or is there a setting to fix?

I can only see players who are using a microphone. You know this because there is also an exclamation point above their name.

In a way it's cleaner now. Before most people had at least 4 lines of text, which was horrible. It should have stayed with player names only, or giving people the choice to set it however they like.

Would be great if they actually let their players know wtf was going on. Don't seem to see this change in the patch notes that for some reason I need to come here to read and can't be included in the big *** box that says "patch notes" in game.

Trion I dunno wtf you are doing, but someone better wake up over there.

Just noticed that clan members still have the name info, makes it easier to spot clan members or group members in a crowd.

You could change it in the settings before... I had it set to only show character names and titles now I see nothing at all :(

Yeah this issue was the first thing I noticed when I got back on. I wasn't at all expecting this to go perfectly, that would be silly.. I didn't think they were ajusting anything related to this though. I'm sure it's a bug rather than a performance boost for sure, given that part of an MMO-Anything's community relies on knowing who's standing next to you at any given moment. :(

Something positive to note with the patch though : While mics are far from stable/functional, A friend and I did manage to group up and stay in touch for about two hours, at one point we entered and completed a competitive match and had no loss of communication. That's never worked before for us. :P

As soon as the group disbanded I noticed my entire d-pad clan option was gone. (I'm Founder of one), but I could hear his mic through the clan chat. After talking for about 15 minutes it randomly cut out while he was mid co-op and I wasn't. It randomly came back a few minutes later with him still in the co-op but our entire clan menu is still missing. In the social menu none of the members are appearing online either.

That's all just stuff I personally never saw before. :P

This HAS to be a bug. We STILL don't have a World Chat or Voice Chat in our clans. How else would we communicate with others players? Heck, how else would we FIND other players?

Be one of those idiots that just goes down the list of nearby players spamming clan invites at Arkfalls. I was under the impression that's what all of the big cool clans did at the start, given that I was unable to go anywhere close to one without being invited to the same four or five. xD sillyness.
