Did I miss a system update message???

Are the servers down? Cant connect at all. I didnt see any System Update message. Anyone have the same issue?

I just got kicked also, sweet 5 mins of play before servers go down today :(

Most likely everyone, at least on PS3, can't get on right now as I and I believe friends have been kicked from server with a "servers down" message or if attempting to get back in "Servers has timed out". I get the feeling this was unplanned.

maybe when the servers come back up my arkfall kills will be reset again so i can continue to not get credit lol

*sigh* At approximately 2:50pm EST, PC servers went down for me as well.
No server warning message either.

Yea, I think so too. Because its kinda hard to miss their system update message. They made sure players will notice it. xD

alternatively; as soon as I posted this, defiance twitter has said:
"We're aware that US servers are down and we are investigating!"
