Where are people finding them the most? Are they random drops are u getting them from missions or ark falls? And how rare are they? Are they borderlands 2 before the drop rate increase rare or less than that? Any answers are appriecatated.

lock boxes - have 2 both from level 4 lock boxes
Tier 3 all the way. Got 4 in total. Top Notch Toolworks!
I have 5 orange weapons all from T3 lockboxes. never seen one drop from any mobs.
I've got 3 out of tier 3s before I was ego 500. Must be lucky. Nothing that great though
