Electric Monarchs

Oh where art thou?

I've found probably 3 Syphon Monarchs, 3 Radioactive Monarchs and 2 Fire Monarchs. But Electric Monarchs? Where the hell are you? I need you. Where are you. You will make me complete. Please.

Stay to the Eastren/Southren side of the map.

Also there is often one when you leave the Muir Processing Plant fast travel. Take a right out of the plant and at that bend there is almost always a Hallbug Emergency. 95% of the tme, at least for me, there is an Electric Monarch owning some E-Rep soldiers right in the middle ofthe street.

Ahhh, that's one place where I've been looking. I've found 2 Syphon Monarchs there and one more a little further up on a hill.

I'll keep an eye out for the Electric Troll.

Drive around looking for 'thinning the herd' random events. During the final phase of that, the mission spawns a random elemental monarch. I see this mission all over the place, but dirving around the town around the radio station (south of the delta bunker area), you can usually find it in at least 3 different spots.

sweet cuz i need to find a syphon monarch as well, but i also need some electric monarchs too lol, those zappy lil bastards are elusive lmao

I got my electric monarch just traveling the road between Pirate's Cove and Last Chance Gast Station. Looked down a hill, and there it was just spawned all by itself with some skitterlings (not an emergency).

I'm having trouble locating electric archers. Any tips?

I run into one across from Shondu's entrance, too, but yesterday it was a flame.

I got my Syphon Monarch from one of the 2 Emergencies that repeatedly spawn at that processing center. However, it took about 7 emergencies before it finally made it a Syphon one. The first was Fire, and the next 5 were all Toxic/Radiated.
