Ya I was thinking that, but wanted to know if it was The SanFran Police Department. I like to know exactly what it is, I mean for all I know it's St.Louis police, or Saguenay Police department. You know? Oh I picked St.Louis, because maybe they are referencing the tv show. Saquenay, because I'm Canadian and I know where that is.

San Francisco Police Department uses the abbreviation SFPD. Maybe Sausalito Police Department?
