    Thank you Trion for your quick response and action. My missing purple weapon has been returned to me by the GM's. This issue was handled in a timely and fair manner (even though my mods are gone :) I'm still happy to have the gun though).

    I have to say this gives you guys a two thumbs up on support from me.

    Oi, despite my criticism and complaining about everything in Defiance, Live Support was so far the only thing I got impressed with. If they were more active like that on the forum as well, ehh...

    Interesting. My feelings are the opposite.

    I bought boosts, they weren't applied, my bits were spent though. I created a support ticket and sent a support email. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received a reply yet. The Live Chat support form was submitting to an error page last week when I tried it.

    A friend of mine who had the same issue also hasn't had any luck getting a response. In another topic, another forum member mentioned he has 4 support tickets that haven't been replied to regarding a similar issue.

    I just tried Live Chat support again, same problem. When I submit the form a popup window reveals a server 500 error message.

    I've only used live support once, and it was to get the data recorder "That's all I got" checked in the pursuits. Only contacted trion via ticket twice. One was to report a bug (with multiple screenshots), the other was to report a hacker (and gave links to the website where he sold access to defiance hacks, link to a youtube video where the hackers in-game name was clearly visible)

    Use a different internet browser. I have heard issues with different clan members saying it took them using different internet browsers to access the live chat.
