Well I get the direction he's going, but if someone doesn't post what EGO they are or if they have a mic, why not just ask them those questions in their post?

No it's not hard at all, but some of the people looking for clans probably don't know what to put as they have never asked to be in a clan before. So instead of letting it get under your skin, just ask them as you're the one recruiting.
