Remove white mods from "special" vendors sales.

Seriously.....if I want to get a white mod I'd just go to Torc's place.....

At higher EGO levels the white items are almost non-existant in vendors.

How high level are we talking about here 'cos I'm pushing 750 and the white mods are abundant and so are white weapons.

Can confirm this as well.

Remove the damn white mods. It's to the point that it is insulting.

And the mod stores should have specials on Level 2 and 3 mods only. Let all the other vendors continue with the weapon specials.

No I think that's just your luck. I am about 1500 and have almost always seen a white mod on every vendor I go to since EGO 0. A friend I play with is 900 or so and since EGO 0 he has rarely seen whites. He often sees purples and I almost never do. Its bad luck with the not so randomness.

It simply does not make sense for anyone of any EGO to see "specials" that are white mods for the simple reason that there are merchants solely dedicated to selling those very mods (and they are not at all special).

I would further move that the white mods be removed from the side quests. Once again, if I wanted white mods I'd go to the white mods vendor. The side quests should be a way of getting greens and if you're lucky, blues. I know as it is now you sometimes (but very rarely in my experience) get greens and blues, but it is almost always whites.

Totally agree. Mod vendors could have specials for rarer mods - very cool.

And let us have Assassin, Cannoneer, Grenadier, Quartermaster, Rolling Thunder, and Stalker mods... kthxbye!
