Just purchased the $149 Gamestop exclusive version of Defiance for PS3.

I changed my pre-order from the $59 PS3 version to the $149 PS3 version and this is what the manager had to say about the differences:

$59-Basic version of the game it self.

$99-Game it self plus in game items and a DLC.

$149-Same as the $99 version plus a Gamestop exclusive in game content that was worked out with Gamestop and Trion. He could not tell me exactly what the DLC's or exclusive content where at this time because it did not tell him on his computer screen.

So I paid $25 for Gamestop to hold the game for me and if at a later date before the release we find out that the Gamestop exclusive version is a stupid T shirt or remote control car, I can switch it back the the $59 or $99 version of the pre-order.

There is a Gamestop extremely close on our base close to where I work and live so I will be going by their every couple days lol and will let you know the minute they release what exclusives are included.

Thank you for posting this. Sounds about right with what most of us were guessing. But for $50 more, that gamestop exclusive in game content better be pretty rad. I might have to swing by my store and see what they have to say.

It will almost certainly be an outfit or different looking quad.

Thanks for the heads up :] I'll get the 99$ one since it comes with exclusive items.

I hope it is both but if I had to choose between the two... obviously the quad would be cool as hell. It should have a turtle head painted on the front!

You can choose to put down a certain price on the game. If I were to go in today to preorder I would just throw $150 at them basically and pay for it in full.
