What does the code on the back of the manual give?

Entered the code last night and got a infector and a shotgun, both green and both turned to scrap...

Entered my code weeks ago. Definitely got stuff for it but can't remember what. Don't forget they won't just add automatically, you'll need to claim the items from the ingame store.
