    General observations so far
    1) Nice intro all the way thru to start of game
    2) Graphics and sound are ok to good. Especially like the movement - intuitive and has few hang ups
    3) Need practice for vehicles but like having them
    4) Obtaining missions are two parters..don't know why
    5) Mission markers are a little hard to differentiate - zoom map is useful
    6) Definitely need some sort of EXIT GAME button - had no idea how to stop play during game
    7) NEED some sort of window showing what buttons are used for what actions
    8) Noticed that when obtaining EGO section my character was being attacked and could not get back to game to fight. Not vital I guess but irritating. Lack of knowledge as to what does what and how.

    Overall very pleased with looks and play of game. Not a greatly intuitive method of play but willing to learn as I go. Paid $140 so far and intend to get my moneys worth. Played about an hour once I managed to get in but have enjoyed what I see so far, especially as this is a beta and I should be ok for launch.

    I am very pleased with this. I'll probably enjoy it even more when I can watch the show and play at the same time. Needs more guns though.

    Digital Deluxe Edition - $100. Season Pass - $40. Have to wait and see if it was worth it but - so far so good.

    6) Current workaround is presing ctrl+q to quit or typing /quit in the chat console. I would like a quit option in the quick menu however.
    7) You can go to the settings menu, one of the tabs (Gameplay IIRC) has a keys rebind section, you can see what they do and change them there.

    a rather large section of the testing base is unable to access the settings menu without a CTD

    Only beef I have is with the vehicle handling, seems a little too "touchy" or over-responsive, and I would like to see a UI changed a bit but it's not game breaking

    I'm with on that bro. I suck at steering. I ALWAYS over steer.

    1) The main menu was extremely difficult to find. The first time I hit the escape key it popped up no problem but after EGO taught me the "L" key to open my equipment page, the escape key only took me back to that screen.
    2) Why I was so desperate to find the main options screen is because the mouse being tied to the camera/facing was making me sick to play. The tiniest movements of my wrist was resulting in huge swinging motions on screen. After a half hour of play, I had a severe headache and nausea from the extreme camera movement.
    3) Related to the above, I never figured out quite how to fire my weapon for sure though somehow I was doing it because I was using up ammo. Also if there was a target lock option in combat that would be greatly appreciated. I kept losing track of where the target was because of the constant spinning around I was doing with the mouse and because the targets blended so well with the beautiful graphics.

    did you play red faction guerilla? The steering was awful on it. I use a g13 with WASD mapped to the thumbstick...i wonder if i can map the stick to the analogue controls and swap profiles when i drive....gonna have to play with that...hopefully i can, that'll fix it right up

    I'm glad I got the pre order for this and pretty happy the beta finally cleared up. Luckily I was able to get my partner involved on our thoughts in game...http://youtu.be/CerQkyede_M

    Some people are just more prone to motion sickness than others, but having a lower framerate always make it much worse. You could try lowering the graphic settings (resolution especially) to improve the frame rate. This will prolly help/cure the motion sickness.

    There's an exit game button, in fact there is a logout button too. In the main menu under "Account" there are a few of the buttons. The exit button is on the top-right for quick access (you have to hit the spacebar at anytime to see it).

    i think the reason were missing certian things is that unlike normal MMOs with standard menus this one has side scrolling menus, im guessing its to make it easier to navigate on the console versions.

    there is a log out and exit game though, and an internal store and the matchmaking tab
    F5 = store
    F6 = settings/log out
    F7 = match making (DCs you if you attempt to enter the pvp zones)

    On a scale of 1-10, it's getting a solid 7 at the moment. There are a bunch of quality of life changes (chat window being basically invisible, driving, stickiness of icons on map), but the biggest thing keeping it from being higher is the fact that it doesn't feel awesome. It feels playable and the story is interesting, but, so far, very little feels unique going from thing to thing. It feels as though I would log in to play the plot missions each week and otherwise get bored of playing it. Arkfalls are just bloody terrible (though the only major one I've seen was a hellbug one and a good percentage of the time you can't hit them for meaningful damage [which was probably a big part of why it sucked]) and things feel like bullet sponges in the open world.

    Only beef I have with the game is the terrible combat music. Everything else is fine but that combat music is just out of place in the game and sounds like dubstep's ******ed cousin.
