    Am I the only one that thinks arkfalls are way too easy?
    Honestly, they really need to up the difficulty level of arkfalls. Its just an automatic win at this point. It's really noticeable when you are trying for the pursuit that involves reviving players at arkfalls. Hardly anyone ever goes down and if they do they just self revive. The game is pretty much forcing us to boost if we want that pursuit.

    The whole game except for PVP is an automatic win. So far nothing has seemed difficult at all except for things affected by bugs, lag and server crashes.

    Agreed, <3 the game but this is simply too easy. I should be getting my face slammed...we should be fighting multiple factions for the arks. It should be all out "OMG WHY IS MY FACE ON FIRE...WHERE ARE MY ARMS" full caps mode awesome.

    At this point I find myself bugging out of most arkfalls simply because they are that easy.

    It feels absolutely weak and don't get me started on the stupid laser beams firing into the sky, or the fact that...we break five ark crystals.....and like a bunch of them drop in a unified circle around the "boss" , now I played rift that's rift.

    That's straight up BS laziness Trion.

    I don't think they're too easy. Too many people who have no communication between one another of varying skill could never accomplish something difficult together, it's just like the LFR tool introduced into WoW.

    HOWEVER, I do believe Arkfalls should be more 'complex'. I find myself mindlessly firing my gun at a healthbar until it explodes for 10 minutes. They need to increase the amount of enemies to a swarm size during intervals, scaling with the amount of players at the scene. It wouldn't make it more difficult but just add another layer to the process.

    Imagine this..

    You're desperately firing at the Arkfall, hoping to break it down chunk by chunk before the swarm returns. EGO yells: "Seismic activity incoming! Quick! They're coming!" You turn around and there's a swarm of hellbugs of all types moving slowly toward the crystal from all directions. If they manage to get to it they heal it's 'healthbar' continuously until killed. Think 50-70 hellbugs.

    Yep I have to agree. They should at least make the arkfalls hard. I believe they should make them extremely difficult but also give out greater rewards if you win. Force us to actually help each other in order to win.

    Maybe ark falls should spawn 20 monarchs at once like the front CD cover suggests. I'm sure that will make things slightly more harder.

    Anyone else thing the major ark fall bosses are way to weak? . They should have at least 1 on hit knockout move.

    If there are plenty of people around then heck yes it's too easy and an auto-win even with the people driving around over all the skitterlings during the destroy the crystal arkfalls.

    I've only ever been to one Arkfall that failed and that was pretty much the day the game launched when the people there didn't have a clue what they were doing. That said prior to the elemental hellbugs appearing in Major Arkfalls now, I was able to effectively solo Major arkfalls (never really had a chance because someone always turns up for the final bit but even if they didn't I would have taken them down). I'm not sure if this was designed this way or not.

    HOwever with the new Elemental Hellbugs popping up, I find the minor arkfalls in the major arkfalls five times harder than before. Those electricity hellbugs messing up my AI, seriously messes up my DPS on the crystal because I can't aim. Then the fire hellbugs will actually kill me frequently if I am unaware. It's the first time I had to call in a clan mate to assist me on a minor destroy the crystal because I was easily getting swamped.

    Thing is when there is more than five people at these new major elemental arkfalls, it becomes way too easy. Duo requires a bit of co-ordination, cause those nano effects seriously messes up your game style.

    They can make the arkfalls just harder without changing anything mechanic wise except reducing the timer. Although doing this will make it easier for those that grief the rest of us by purposely driving over skitterlings because it's fun for them watching us complain about them driving over the skitterlings

    Solution to making the arkfalls harder, can't really think of one except making the enemy spawns in the major arkfalls more populous (which will cause draw distance issues) or just making the enemies hit harder based on the number of players there are.

    I would rather enjoy seeing more difficult arkfalls, but there are a lot of problems with it, with so many players at an arkfall its difficult to spawn a great deal of enemies without creating serious lag. Multi faction arkfalls seems doable though. Instance arkfalls could be interesting as well, say first four or ten or whatever players there enter an instance where you go through the crumbling interior of an arc. Heh, or just be lazy and do a minor arkfall where darkmatter swarms, and when you crack the crystal it spawns a nim clone, storied up as a test subject out of cold sleep or what have you.

    But yeah, system limitations means they have to be fairly creative when trying to make arkfalls more difficult and or entertaining.
