The complaint is about the constant complaining about the same thing. The same thing that has been said over and over. The same thing that EVERYONE IS AWARE OF but isn't being changed at this time. It is out of the realm of making a complaint and into the realm of just whining to be heard.

Pot, meet kettle.

Go count all the damn threads about this. It isn't a "legit" matter any more than someone complaining about their enjoyment being detracted from because of the whining. It's part of the game at this time and there are better places to submit feedback without stirring up the hornet's nest every day because you can't get your way.

Again. Not relevant. The game, and function of vehicles at ark falls removing said playability from the game is a topic about the game and its playability. This is something the developers can implement changes to, since it is a function within the game being abused removing the ability to play at ark fall moments. This is Trion on these forums, Defiance is the game, vehicles is the function.

Your statement about "it" being out of the realm is your opinion, speculating its worth of addressing the matter. You are entitled to that opinion about the game and its functions.

Your opinion of me, the complaint not being within the realm of addressing, or your opinion of my need to grow up are about as relevant as dust. It gets settled, and the only importance of its existance is to itself.

The facts remain the same. A function of the game is being abused, reducing its playability regularly, within the realm of Trions control. All relevant.

Sorry... but as you I am a paying consumer and between the player and the game the content is something that matters. The content between Consumer to consumer (in this case you complaining about complaints and/or speculating the worth of those complaints) doesnt matter. If your opinion of my opinion did matter, a shtako would be given. Topic, vehicles at ark falls. Venue, the devlopers of the game's forums. And Im the guy who is advertising their game on a regular basis which increases their sales. Who you are is not important to me, which is why i didnt ask "who are you to be". Again, you're wrong. The driving is part of the game. The developers put it in. Deal with it.

Just because YOU claim it is abuse doesn't make it so. That is just an opinion. If our opinions mean so little, guess that means your opinion means the same.


I'll break it down into terms even YOU can understand. I paid for the game, and I like how the vehicles currently work and I want them to stay the same. Stop trying to take away the function of the game I paid for. Your complaints can affect my ability to play how I choose. Gee, still relevant.

See how easy it is to turn it around?

I have yet to see a vehicle or a mob of them keep an ark from being completed. It just doesn't really happen. Again, your idea of "playability" isn't the same as everyone else's. If it really were a matter of "playability", the same guidelines can be attributed to the other side. Take away my vehicles and you take away my "playability."

I hope I see you at the Arkfalls, I'll wave from my vehicle and give you a honk.

Whining for the sake of whining isn't needed, nor is it helpful in getting real concerns aired.

What you said pertaining to vehicles is extremely relevant. You enjoy going and driving over critters and what not. A simple way to deal with thr problem of the two "preferences" (thats what they come down to is the preference of how to play the game) is for those that prefer to have the ability to go to arkfalls and drive over everything removing the ability for others to play VOICE that in as many ways as you can. Start a thread, everyone who wants to do that should speak up in that thread. As it stands right now there are hundreds of threads about not doing it, dont do it, blah blah blah.

So if the majority has spoken up the majority is whats being heard.

Keep in mind though that at the end of the day the majority is what matters to any business. And people who are not playing the game by driving to ark falls and running everything over are not impeding you from playing. So unfortunately, as much as I would love to see both parties get what they want, one groups preference removes the other groups ability to play.

I hope I see you at ark falls too, because when Trion makes adjustments to the game removing your ability to impede upon the majority ability to play youre going to looking awefully silly waving out of a vehicle at an ark fall that wont go forward.

I do suggest people start speaking up about their preference to drive over everything at ark falls. As a matter of fact do it more often. Show Trion and all the developers that there is nothing wrong with what you are doing, and that it doesnt remove the ability for people to actually go to, and play at ark falls.

You may not be aware of this.... but when there are hundreds of people saying it ruins the game its not looking good for you and others doing what hundreds of people say is ruining the game. Again, I have faith Trion will eventually address the issue. Until then please keep doing what you are doing. I sincerely doubt a bunch of Trion devs would enjoy you and your buddies blocking their view, getting in the way, and removing their ability to actually aim and shoot from one ark fall to the next. Go for it. Show Trion you and everyone else doing it have the right of way to screw the masses. Prove my point. *yawn and shrug*

Put in a debris ring around the crystal during Revolting Hellbugs close enough that the big trucks can't fit in and have skitterlings spawn inside the ring to bite the crystal. That way the vehicle people get to run in circles outside killing stuff while those of us who want to finish the Arkfall still get our critical points.

Some people get off on being idiots. Some just want it to be easy.

Some get their mommies to buy them the new truck that causes more damage from the Defiance store, just to do these things.

The Defiance developers keep the game alive to earn more money, so I doubt arkfall car noobs will go away any time soon.

Also, hellbug blast pods keep them from driving around. They don't break when you smash them, they only mess up your car.

How about have the blast pods first target people in vehicles? Now there's an idea. And on top of that, spawn more of them, while at the same time, take car kills off of arkfall totals. You don't gain a contract kill from a car kill. Run over a skitterling when you're supposed to 'kill 40 skitterlings around Marin' to test it. So why do car kills count as arkfall kills and damage? [Check my post above this one for the answer.]

Its funny when you have 3trucks and 20 dodges going in circles. Why So Serious!?!

There must be a youtube video showing strategy in using these monstrous trucks. How else can there be one at 90% of arkfalls?
