Boxes, broken? again? and clan boosts?

So when I first started buying boxes, with resources and bits..I've noticed a few hitches along the way. I like to do events for our clan and give out legendary's or really nice purples as raffles or random picks or even if people ask. So every week I get about 40$ in Micro points and buy a bunch of Tier 3 and Tier 4 boxes at once. In the beginning I lost a purple Heavy Carbine and a Orange Grind Fragger. They popped up on my screen, I get excited, the weapons flashing that I received stops and I go to look at my new pretty's. They are no where to be found. Yes SadFace.

All has been well for the last i'd say two weeks and then last night It did it again. Orange FRC SAW purple swirl nano effect flashes. I ignore the rest of the 25 weapons coming at me to jump and see this bad boy. BOOM Gone???? I know it's probably a server side lag issue but come on. If we are spending bits and our resources on them it should work a tad better :/

yes i have checked my inventory and my claim items area, and relogged on and off like 5 times. It appears a green weapon (yellow on my screen) is now in place of my thought to be good gun was.

And the clan boosts as well are broken, they work, then don't work, then do work, killing us Trion =]

You guys are doing a great job at fixing things, you truly are, and the round the clock work is showing and not going unnoticed. But the small things I would of hoped by now were lining up a little better.

Hopefully I'm not the only one with these issues so Trion can get a handle on it and get it all squared away so they can bring on the DLC =]

Amen... I have been going to gm chat daily dealing with this company.... I understand hiccups at the beginning of a mmo but never should there be a problem in the part that has to do with real money....
I lose clan boosts constantly had a number of guns lost not to mention the rocket launchers nerf...
Nerfs r fine but to just leave a blank spot where it used to say mag up on 15 different orange rockets I have leaves them valueless....
I have to be a top tier client with the amount I have spent in this game and with how they treat my money currently I can't see it going on for to much longer!

Agreed, I don't mind buying my boxes to try to get clan boosts or nice new weapons. It's like a small lottery to me and it's not to bad.. But to see that new weapon flash and then it dissapears.. def sucks lol. and then to spend alot of bits on clan boosts and then they dissapear too stinks. But we did spend 60$ on a game with alot of bugs, but they are slowly fixing them. I put in a help ticket, pending the outcome or the fix they offer I may have to just go back to just using resources for boxes, and not put on clan boosts because If I want to just waste $ I can go buy another game to play with less frustration.Defiance has A LOT of potential and I love the game, but when spending more $ is making me more frustrated, you start to loose the enjoyment of playing.

You know that if you submit a ticket online they can help you recover items right. Also don't buy so many in a row

Buying them in a row shouldn't matter cause the % drop rate doesn't change. That's more of a urban myth type of thing.
Like for some strange reason I thinki do better if I don't look to all my guns are out lol..

apparently my last 2 in game tickets have "vanished" and they gonna try to locate my lost weapons. Buh!! why is it that I feel a breeze and see gray substance coming from my rear-end? I feel as though smoke was just blown up my butt.

Apparently, they are having pretty severe problems with support tickets since launch, and you can get your issues sorted much quicker through the live chat system. I've personally never received a response to the half dozen tickets I've submitted, but have gotten ahold of them through live chat. My issues weren't resolved and I was directed back here to the forums, but that's a totally different issue than you're having.

yup.. live chat is the one that told my my tickets were not there.. and nothing was solved but to say they were working on it.. See i played Rift and Trion took better care of us. From day 1.. i've had issues.. collector's editon code = invalid. fight for days to get it fixed. clan boosts not working. boxes not giving you the weapons it flashes on your screen. They ask.. can you provide proof it was in your inventory.. umm no.. because it never made it that far.. pretty orange on screen.. press start.. look in inventory.. orange is not there.. so i guess when i buy a box.. i should have my camera ready to snap shot 3-4 weapons if they come up as orange lol.. i know the orange doesn't really have better stats. but there is a chance it could with the bonus's and that's what i pay for.. so i'd like to get what i paid for.. if i wanted to waste $$ and not get what i paid for i'd just throw 20$ out my car window each time i feel like i want a few tier 4 boxes =] and nope you can't drive behind me Trion, i've given ya plenty!

As for Defiance Customer Support I am very displeased with how Help Desk Jeks over the community with erasing Tickets that look bad on the company OR, my favorite, responding with "a;sdkfj" to reset their ticket timer.

These are BIG no no's in customer support, if you see any of these report them immediately to Trion and come across as an irritated customer. Hopefully after some time these Jek ***** will no longer have jobs.

apparently.. in game bug reports or issues can vanish after they are received, yet no further actions were taken. apparently they just thought oh he was just letting us know to fix it, not wanting something done about it lol.. again i feel smoke up my butt
