    FEAR Alpha KEQ
At KEQ, we've been having issues with clan boosts disappearing and their counters resetting to zero at random times. However, hard-resets usually solve the problem. The thing is, the entire group, or clan has to do it at once, as if even one person stays online, then it's a 50-50 thing.

I was actually surprised to get a Trion mail in my box, telling me that my ticket has been looked at, my bits have been returned, and that I should abstain from purchasing clan-boosts until this issue has been addressed.

One thing though, if you have boosts, and KNOW that something's wrong... do a hard-reset, before buying the boosts to see if that would fix the problem. It won't, and you'll lose your bits.

Again, i was surprised that they actually refunded them to me, so, thank you GM KRAKEN :)

They did a good job refunding my clan boost bits as well, but with the weapons dissapearing without hitting my inventory i'm making no head room. They are just apologizing and saying not much we can do :/ I refuse to accept that response, so ill carry on.

I think the only reasonable thing to do at this point is for players to stop buying from the cash shop. I've been saying this for a while now, but it seems more clear every day that Trion does not consider this a priority. If they did, they would immediately take the cash shop down until its fixed. That would also free up their customer support agents to deal with other issues, as without the cash shop being available, no one can lose their money and therefor wouldnt need to submit tickets to get it back. It would also help us feel like the company cares about US and not just our money. What they lose in purchases right now, they would more than make up for when they get the problem sorted out and people can feel confident they will actually receive what they've purchased.

I agree with you Doggirl211 but the problem is we've all already spent hard earned cash on the defiance store and bits. I have had to request a manager in my ticket now because not only did they get all the information wrong, but acted like they had not even read the ticket. I got a generic response from a massive ticket. Then they closed it out saying nothing they could do. I asked or a refund in my bits used to by the boxes where weapons dissapeared or to put the weapon back. Both were looked over and ignored and they just want to "ignore" the solution. I have seen several people upset about guns dissapearing before hitting the inventory from the lock box and still they refuse to do anything about it. I for 1 am DONE buying any bits at all. They basicly want me to take a picture when I buy a box in case i get a weapon and it vanishes.

I would hope one day a Trion customer service employee comes to my store and shops. After checkout I should grab their bag, take a item out and say " I apologize, I know you paid for it, but you don't get it." when they get upset, throw at them the generic emails they throw at me.
