the game is LITERALLY unplayable. I have 8 friends planning on buying this game, with me included that is 9 people. ALL of us are going to cancel our preorders if this lag isn't DRAMATICALLY better by the end of this beta.
The game ships in 11 days. There is no excuse for a game to be in THIS poor of shape THIS close to launch.

Not exactly fair to judge a beta for the first day. Wait until when the whole entire beta session is over and then judge it.

We are aware of connectivity issues on the Xbox 360 Beta servers. We are working to resolve these final issues.
you wanted a longer beta time, and now you complain. you want perfection when it only been on for less than 12 hours. and its a BETA not ALPHA.
I don't mean to sound like I have sand in my ******...I know I sounded a little angry there....just want to check this out and a bit irritated at all the lag.
I beleive the official word is - BETA

yes those issues are there on ps3 and pc. I believe a lot of people can't get the game to start on ps3 or pc...myself included

The game releases in just over a week. If Trion cannot get the servers to handle a closed beta population, there is no way the launch servers will be able to handle a global release population. There is cause for concern if these issues persist throughout the beta.

I know a lot of people say it also has to do with your internet connection but I only have 40down and 5up so its not the best internet out there.
I see a few glitches but nothing that comes to me as a shock for the beta..

im hoping they are even able to fix this. what if its not a server problem. what if its not a trion problem. what if the proble is that xbox cant handle games like this. there is a reason that there havent been any mmo games on xbox since ffxi. i played ffxi for years and anytime you got to many ppl in one area the lag was horrable for xbox players. the worst lag i have ever seen befor today. it seems the more stuff going on like tons of ppl/mobs/fighting in one area the lag gets even worse. i understand this is just a beta and i am hopefull this is fixable. but i wont be holding my breath.
