Shield best one?

Legend has it that there is a Respark Regenerator V ARK with a 2.5 regen and 100% HP regen.

Mine is 2.3 with 75% HP regen

Is that a Rhino Regenerator or just a Rhino?

Guess im the only one who uses Rebels lol. I do fine on both PvE and PvP though.
