Restructure PvP and other oppinions with a list of bugs

re-read my first post and you will see that I am focusing on the competitive and fair playside of PvP and you are completely missing my point despite the fact I explained it in depth. I feel like I am repeating my self. I said I don't find it difficult to kill people with better gear than me but that is because I am good at the game AND I have nearly all the perk slots.....and you have also right??? so let me re-highlight my points PvP is unbalanced becasue people who want to play PvP who are just starting are ofc not going to have that skill, but they are also not going to have good gear, and in this game Gear (if you have the right gear) dominates over skill...it's like pitting a guy with a stick against a guy with a machine gun, the guy with stick might be amazing with the assault rifle...but he doesn't have one -,-

I bought an MMO becasue I like RPG's irreverent in PvP as it is a completely different style of play.

Yea YOU don't want to be in a 'Typical FPS' becasue you don't enjoy that competitive multiplayer style correct? but you like the MMO style of it...that's perfectly fine!!! But the actual competitive side where it's skill vs skill lacks becasue it is clouded with higher level players having more perks and better gear through longer play time, instead of being good at the game THROUGH longer play time...

I will make my last statement: I explained the gear-curve in my previous post (WoW players don't have the exact same gear when they start PvP too. In every single PvP game created [EVER], you tend to have more gear the more you play.). As for the LEARNING-CURVE: every single game has one.

YOU DENSE!!! alright alright alright.....how does supporting your argument with an other MMO prove anything? You just put another silly PvP concept alongside the same sily PvP concept? Yea you're correct the more you play PvP the more gear you get...BUT YOU DON'T GET GEAR THROUGH PVP (not putting caps on to raise my voice i'm simply highlighting it as I can't be bothered putting it in bold lol) It's not the ammount of guns it's the difference in benefits on each one, and the gear you do get can be stupidly unfair which destroys the competitive side of PvP do you agree? Anyone who want's to play against someone else wants a fair playing field right? Yea there is a learning curve that's fine but the point I'm making is with the OP gear you can get makes skill obsolete or more obsolete. Please reply to me haha

I simply don't understand your reasoning, argument, state of mind, point of view, or your first sentence. "You dense" (you're btw)? I just simply try to ignore incompetence. Unless you're implying that I have breast cancer, but I doubt it.

I've tried to be reasonable. You're argument is caving in on itself. What's your age? You can't be any older than 16 (based off of your sentence structure and irrationality, that's my conclusion). I can only think of one MMO that you acquire gear through PvP - World of Warcraft. If this is your first MMO, please stop posting nonsense. It's more annoying than aggravating. I could understand and feel sympathetic if that's where you're coming from. You should stop posting before you make yourself look dumb.

I KNEW IT!!!! :D I knew you would make a remark about my age/or if I made one typo...I'd say you're the immature one (if we are going to go there) or just simply have nothing else to contribute to this argument and just feel you need to nit pick at my miss types...no I am 19 and I really appologize for my indecent spelling mistake, and to be honest I think you give 16 year old's a bit too much credit if you think they can articulate in this way ;) anyway, okay see we are both in 2 different mind sets I am in the frame of mind that supports fair play in competitive MP where as you're in the MMO frame of mind....which is probably why you cannot comprehend my points as you are (I would guess) an MMO only player (mostly) right?

Anwyay my argument is sound, as opinionated as that may be, at least I am giving reasoning and valid points to support it. Sure you want to keep it strictly MMO based which is cool...but tbh it's kind of a hybrid between a 3rd person shooter an mmo right? that is what trion envisioned...SO I would like a game mod to tailor for the strictly MMO crowd and have a game mode where it's fair play for the COMPETITIVE crowd...can you understand that at least? I like the MMO genre even it is my first but Im far from ignorant to it's concept or how it plays. RPG's are very much like them at the end of the day.

Wouldn't all your complaints be solved by EGO level based matchmaking? With the added bonus of not butchering everything that's unique about the game. ;)


Also, in every PvP game i've ever played more experienced players have an advantage over newbs. In older games it was just learning map & spawn layouts but more recently it's also the various unlock systems. Battlefield 3 is an especially good example of this with all the vehicle mods.

Fair is a bad word to use, you should be saying balanced.

Regardless, as long as the bonuses aren't Borderlands stupid they can be overcome with skill & tactics. As perfect balance is impossible that's all i can reasonably ask for from a game.

PvP in defiance should be a test of more than just reflexes. Picking the right loadout is the first strategic test of the match IMO and needs to stay.

TLDR: You're asking for the wrong changes.
