it could still hurt assuming you don't hit any mattresses, padding, springs or any thing like that that might absorb the impact (very unlikely)

You're counting on the car going THROUGH the building. Unless he hits a show window (and lets face it, his odds arent the greatest) then it'd be wall/car/smash/dead.
