lol its a forum, there is places to check to see how many ps3 users there are. but anywho, yah an when you put up NA an want to add friends add the forum names to your list of friends then ask them what their PSN ID is, an walla peanut butter sandwiches. you have buds to run with, just be cautious when trading an know the worth of items traded. well if the servers get up any time soon im pretty sure he wont have any problem finding some buds to run with lol i think the servers might actually explode as soon as they are up though lol
