Sucks. Just bought the game today. Then all the time to install it then had to wait 4 hours for the servers to go back on. Atleast I got to play it a little bit before the servers went down again.. Is this common here?

So seriously, I can understand wanting to fix things, but is it really worth taking the servers down for over 2 hours just to stop some players from getting some 1 time only free duplicates?
For real, I think long server down time will lose them more players and therefore more money, then the money they may lose from players getting some 1 time only free duplicates.....
FYI, I like the game and it's worth the wait and cost, but the update priorities seem to be really backwards at Trion.

I would agree, but people was doing it more then once... By logging out then back in they were able to claim those items over and over again...for some of the thing they were getting (weapon skills and backpack space) I don't blame them for bringing it down...my only question is WHY SO LONG???Quote:

If you did not notice they even broke there fixes from before. I only got on the game for a few minutes before the server were shut down but the info screen that shows our ego info such as ego level 2000 add 4 inventory slots spamming you every time you log on or fast travel was back. Trion seems like they can't fix even a simple problem without causing 10 others :p

Yea EA is my second worse favorite company. First place is X-Box services for making us pay 15 a month on top of net costs not including any fee's for having an MMO or something on the game. First place is only topped by a combination of X-Box services and EA. That's the ultra ****** combo of doom.
