You made a mistake, and you gave your customer something unintentionally. A common response to an issue of this size, an issue that carries nearly no monetized value, is to let your customers keep it and not screw up again.
Am I the only one that noticed when we had horrible problems with freight yard on two other occasions the servers were kept up for 4-5 hours before emergency maintenance took place.
But when an issue arises that affects their store they take the game down in 50 minutes, and rollback everything. My initial thoughts of Trion came from the good experiences I have heard through Rift players. I can safely say I have lost faith in Trion's customer service, and understand that we are simply cows for the milking now.
