Here's a small list of somethings you could do with the downtime:
-Get some fresh air into your lungs
-Get something to eat and drink to refuel your body
-Read something; doesn't just have to be a book
-Listen to music and/or find new music to listen to
-Learn a new trick on your bike, skateboard, guitar, etc.
-Write in a journal, lyric book, etc.
-Catch up with some friends
-Exercise
