Look, I get it. I'm the network admin at my company and under massive pressure when something does tweek out, but like I essentially said above, I can't give an ETA for a fix if I haven't yet identified the problem. Once I have a clear understanding of the problem and decide on a solution, that is when I give an ETA for a fix. An ETA is good news, no ETA at this point is bad news. That being said, a general idea, like 'may not be fixed til tomorrow' would have been nice, but I suspect they're not even going to give an ETA (don't know why, just a suspiscion,) until they just announce 'UP!'

How long would you say they normally take?

your just unlucky. I believe the longest down time before this was like 4 hours.
