30% off Really ?

Are you guys kidding me here, the game hasn't even been out that long, I mean that is the price you pay for per-ordering sure but come on, I didn't pre-order so I don't expect to see something I paid full price for go down by 30% in such a short period of time. This is a real kick in the nads. Don't take out your failure on all the people that already have the game or at least balance it out by making up for that 30% in in game currency or something. This makes me sick, since when are players here to service you, should be the other way around.

It's called a sale.

But yeah.....it's a piss off.

The game was 25% off before it even released at greenmangaming. Extra coupon codes could get it as low as 40%.

Welcome to the real world, it's a marketing strategy to attempt to bring in more consumers for the game by lowering the price. That is quite literally all of it in a nutshell.

In all honesty, it's us that keep the game alive by purchasing bits and what not. This is essentially a F2P.. eh, not sure if I would consider an MMO but, MMOTPS. You purchased the base game by buying it, you are not required to pay for any more additions to the game unless you choose to do so. However, it's the people who do this that are adding fuel to the fire that keep this game running and whatever other revenues Trion get their money from.

It's a two way street as far as I'm concerned as to that statement, we give them money to continue doing their thing and they give us more content etc. That's a pretty fair deal to anyone with common sense.

I was starting to feel pretty taken advantage of before.......now I'm just starting to feel scammed. They're really trying to promote this game in annoying ways.

Man.....it's really desperate to sell enough.

Its not uncommon to have a sale like this, and whats more depressing is you feel like you have to do your part just to keep the servers alive by buying bits

Working at GameStop I've realized and you guys can too by just check their weekly ad, that this is something new that ALL companies are doing to raise sales, especially games with MP. This week BioShock Infinite is 39.99. Ive seen BO2 go down at 39.99 about 6 times since its release. Don't be as upset, especially in this type of game, that they are trying to get more people to buy the game. The more people in an MMO, usually the better.

I got it for $42 from Amazon on opening day.

I bought my copy for 38 euros and there are sites that selled the game less than 30 euros. Wich i knew that before i paid 38 euros.

I don`t see any kind of problem i this offer. It`s natural, and the more the better.
