Could have done soemthing good with this whole plague thing, Zombified 99ers etc.. But just picking up tapes is a waste.

I doubt that they put all these sick people in the game for 3 tapes. More content should be on its way.
Don't worry, next week all those people will die and they'll re-release those Chinese paper lanterns into the game so we can light ten of them at every street vendor to remember those who have fallen.
Did anyone see anything about collecting new samples?
Next update will have the tapes replaced with clipboards (and attached pens - can't have anyone stealing pens) so you can help the sick ppl fill out something called a "health insurance form". A week later something called a "Pharmacy" will randomly appear. You will go to the Pharmacy to pick up prescriptions for the sick ppl. :o
