Being Courteous to your Customers

How about some respect for the customers and letting them know in game!!!

You guys have communicated with us plenty of times in the past, why are you so incredibly inconsistent?

Be professional. Have procedures, follow those procedures, every single time.

Don't be lazy, we see the lazy all over this game, your client side code has gotten worse, it now has a memory leak, where if you leave it open and play long enough eventually you will get a runtime error in Windows 7 64 bit. I can recover from the error but many people report it as the game freezes or locks up. I can tell you memory leaks, are mainly caused because new code isn't being used, someone is using someone else's code and they don't know where to find the problem with the old code.

Thankfully "most" of the arkfalls have seemed fixed or you are just spawning less destroy crystal arkfalls and more kill hellbug waves, because those don't seem to get affected by the bug we all know exists. Lazy seems to be the path that is being taken on many issues.

Please improve the experience for this game. Sledgehammer70 is a troll, loves to come on here, drop 2 cents and runoff to his little hole under a bridge. Really losing respect for Trion, though I do enjoy the game and enjoy a lot of the people I have met playing the game. Unfortunately, if you do not respect "us" the customers, we will choose to disrespect you.

yeah and every night when they take down the servers, at 2AM they tell us, so this was a well planned outage, and yet in game, no warning. One should not have to come to the forums for information like that.

Definitely have a point there!

Trion is going to be the reason why this game will fail they are as you sed lazy lazy **** but when it comes to there cash flow well then they move fast like the vendor bugs that got fixed

I dont know about you but I get a warning EVERY NIGHT, when the servers go down. Make sure you are in a chat channel where you see system messages, otherwise it is going to sneak up on you.

However.... .. If you would like to participate in open world pvp, press right on the D-pad...

Yet you have no problem coming to the forums to complain. That sir/mam is inconsistent. I love how every time an update comes out 2 or 3 different threads come up complaining about lack of warning when they post about these updates at least the day beforehand. It also gets posted to Twitter and facebook if I am not mistaken. I don't know why it didn't show up in game this time but I have seen warnings in the past about updates/restarts in game.

There is a message board on the patch/launcher and there is a message board on the character selection screen

Neither of which is being used to tell us maintenance, this is where I expect to see important stuff like this. Not hidden in the forums. I dont need to be told about the podcast, I want to be told when you plan to boot my butt out of the game!

And stop using the word "scheduled"... it doesnt mean what you think it means.

Same here...I always see the warnings about the servers going down.
