Perks and Ego Power Ideas

Hi, I wanted to see what idea's we could put forward for new perks and ego powers?

My idea is a new ego power called: Ironside whilst active you take less damage from 5% upto 25% as you upgrade, time lasts 5 secs with optional increase to 8. It also decreases movement speed by 10% but allows instant grenade reload and you don't receive any damage from your own grenade.

I know there are perks that can assist this and this can allow players to make a true tank character

There is a suggestion forum under gameplay discussion. As for your idea, it actually seems pretty weak what would the cooldown on it be?

I didn't see that thread thanks, and the cool down would be 50 seconds it's actually the opposite to overpowered. Thanks for your input though :)
