Am I Close To Finishing The Game?
I'm on The mission "A Series of Problems" were I locate and assist Varus's Echelon mercs. Is this close to the end of the game, because I have like 330 ego and I feel that I have got through this game to fast :P

If someone knows can you please tell me and thanks

I'm not too sure about the quest names but the main way of telling that you are nearing the end of the story is when you cross the Golden Gate Bridge.

Let it come as a surprise. Once you hit San Francisco, you still have a fair share of the main story to complete. I hammered the game and all side missions out in a couple of days ... luckily I had some time off from work and it was too wet to do any yard work. :) Then there are the daily/weekly challenges ... not to mention the additional goals. So ... you tell us. Are you close to finishing the game? Don't forget about trying the multiplayer.

I think it's three missions after crossing the bridge.

You're almost at the end of the game and are only 330 EGO? That seems hella low - I hit 330 ego when I walked out of gamestop with the game. Have you been purposely avoiding doing pursuits?

Just saw your location - YNWA.

That is the last mission before the final mission. Or maybe there is still a mission before that. Either way, you are about the beat the game.

I heard Nim was tough so I purposefully avoided the main mission while grinding to get better stuff for the job. Then the reality that stuff gets worse after like EGO 1200 hit me and I settled for the unlocks at 1800 and 2000. Now I'm planning on moving forward on the main story after EGO 3000. The other stuff to do is keeping me busy anyway...

Yeah, I would stop doing the main storyline and focus on pursuits, side missions, co-ops, and arkfalls for a while. Get to at least 1000 ego before going after Nim.

Just got back to the other replys... I'm fighting Nim and he's just insane so I think I'm going to leave the mission and do it with other people

The Nim mission is a solo mission, can't group for it. Level up a bit first. I fought Nim at around 1100 ego, he was tough but once you get a good strategy, some decent weapons and perks set up, he's actually a lot of fun (still tough, but just the right level of tough)

I will run through Nim on my alt and use no perks. I will tell you all how that goes. See the "difficulty" that everyone seems to be having with him.

As this is an MMO I would say the game can go on for a long time but your close to finishing the first story when your in San Francisco and you've just killed a Lieutenant with many decoys setup.

I wouldn't worry about 'finishing' the game as there is still loads to do - pursuits, arkfalls, instances etc etc. You can always play through the missions again, I'm on my 6th or 7th playthrough, I'm losing count. My current goal is to get all weapons to level 20 :D

Try it with a shield with a crappy recharge delay and no BMG.

How about the default shield? And I will use a Northstar Flare c:
I never use BMGs. Except to get them to lvl 10... I finished that and I will never attempt to level them again.

This is the mission I am on. But, it won't clear all three check points for Echelon mercer. I have killed all Dark Matter troops at least five times, aborted mission and repeated still leaves center check mark uncleared. Have a ticket in hope it gets fixed soon.

If you do it you should put a video up.

It happened to me too, I quit to the dashboard and tried again and it worked. Not sure why that happened.

Is this on the same character or is it on different ones?
