Although some of the PvP bugs can be, and are being, exploited they also happen randomly and unintentionally. And yea, theyre bugs not hacks, like invisibility (random) and godmode shield (exploited bug).

I hear ya man, I'll be the same in a few months and my super competitive nature and 'l33t skeels' streak ended years ago. I am an above average pvp'er but not by much. I owe all the credit to my Quake DM and CTF playing that has allowed me to do ½ way decent in this game.
The BS shield exploit caused me to smash my keyboard (in a controlled mature manner (bottom edge, not the keys)) last night out of pure I wanna punch your face 60 times anger. It'll continue to suck till Trion addresses it, but they better hurry before its too late...
But I tell you what, there are some good players that are unfairly called out as hackers, going 30/40/50 and 1/2/3 etc. Sometimes you're just on it. They'd be lying if that was their score in every game. everyone has their low moments, just some of us older guys have them a little more frequently. I've got 31-5 as my best and 8-14 as my worst.... I'm mostly in in the 2:1 ratio but varies a bit.
Only reason I'm PVP'ing in there right now is for the achievements. I'm 90/104 and still need 5 PVP goals...
Right, so many people 'accidently' go into the shield exploit. Being a legit player i can honestly say i have never had this 'bug' happen to me let alone with such consistancy. That being said i still do enjoy pvp.

It takes "steps" to get the exploit to work. So I'm calling BS on accidentals.

You guys act like I said it was ONLY accidental, i said that it WAS being exploited but can ALSO happen accidentally. They werent born with the knowledge to exploit the bug, it probably happened to somepeople, who then probably tried to find out how they got it and if they could get it again. Then shared it with their friends.
