My sniper refused to damage the targets but this happens once for me.
Just change weapons and try again.
it is a bug, yes. it has something to do with a specific ego perk that i can't remember the name of. if you search ze forum you'll find it
ahhh okay thanks cause I was not to happy when I headshot a guy and he just stands there like nothing happened :/
It happened after they "fixed" the scopes. Now bolt action sniper rifles don't register headshots. It seems to have something to do with the gunslinger perk. IF you have it equipped, try removing it.

Im using double saw setup (light machine gun leveled up to rank 20 which give me +5% damage)
One saw have syphon, obvious reason, the other has fire (but is fully modded so i will not change it soon)
Im using:
Overcharge (30% weapon damage boost)
Quick Charge (-9 seconds cool-down reduce for Overcharge)
Insult to Injury (Nano effects can proc more often on a critical hit)
Fortitude (more help better)
Killing Machine (+6 seconds duration)
Killing Spree (increased duration on a kill)
Gunslinger (+12% crit multiplier when fire on the hip)
Energy Leech ( when kill something recharge EGO power)
Self Medicated (more hp is better)
When you start to shoot and your clip is almost empty you have 2 choises:
Either change weapon (the other saw) or use Overcharge.
When you empty your clip just change with 1-st saw, then repeat the drill.
I have no problem with ammo what so ever in this build.
It is getting boring after some arkfalls and i change to my explosive build time to time ;)
