Blue Cheese is awesome

please discuss the awesomeness of blue cheese, it goes with wings and on mashed potato pizza and pretty much anything :)

Mashed potato pizza?

while Blue cheese is a most excellent condiment, it is not my favorite for the mashed pies. a ranch could work as well, but I prefer fresh crumbled smoked very sharp provolone, or perhaps a manchengo or asiago.
however, sadly, there are varying degrees of said goodness, and sadly, not all of them are good. and I can say with certainty, no blue cheese is better than bad blue cheese.

but, I must confess, it is one of my favorite quasi-condiments. from salads, to burgers, to wings, and beyond.. it just goes with ALOT.

Only as a dressing.

blue cheese is w@nk it tastes kinda weird but nacho cheese on the other hand rocks harder than quartz!

Blue cheese is amazing and the only thing that wings should be eaten with. Put some blue cheese on a steak, burger,pizza,wings, chicken,salad, pasta, ice cream, sandwiches, and so much more.

Blue cheese stuffed olives.... Mmmmmmmm cheesy goodness

Never go cheap on blue cheese dressing. It's one of those things that can taste pretty foul when shortcuts are taken. And if you're thinking of getting a low fat or low calorie dressing, you're just going to end up ruining whatever you put it on.
