Recruit a Friend Rewards Broken

So I have already had 5 friends register and sign up on the website via the link in their e-mail accounts and the progress for the rewards still show 0/1 and 0/5. Why isn't this registering properly?

Did they log in?

Yes. All 5 friends logged into the website and registered their first arkfall code sent to them in there welcome e-mail.

Can a mod respond so I can invite more friends. Trying to promote your game here... but if rewards are broken there is no reason to.

Have them play the game... need to log into game first time

You need your friends to do the thing where they have like 160 codes scattered over the internet and you get bonuses for entering them.

They probably only have to enter one of those codes for you to get the refer a friend stuff.

All 5 friends have entered ark fall codes successfully into the website. They do not own the game, but the recruit a friends states "friends sign up for Ark Hunter Rewards" , which they all have. They have signed up, and also entered the welcome code sent to them unlocking their first in game reward. The only issue is that none of them are linked to my rewards, even though they used my email to sign up.

Maybe they said they did it, but really they didn't because they don't want to play this game. Have you met up with them in game yet? Are these your IRL friends or net buddies you've known for a couple months?

why did i first read the the thread title and thought "Troll" but its really broken.... the website says that all they have to do is enter an Ark code to get a reward.

Either they aren't doing it or didn't actually use your link. Already have my title, lockbox, and inventory. Won't be on til tonight to claim out e-rep heavy trooper
