I have not noticed it in pvp. I only see it in PvE. Just hearing it is on is different then actually trying it. See for yourself. I do not see auto aim when I was in PvP matches.

It usually should be turned off.... afaik
but i didn´t test it yet, since i´ve turned it off even in PvE, since the soft-aim isn´t good at all and i play worse with it than without :D

It should probably be off by default for PC, but at least we have option to turn it off.
