Consoles need to link to their account. All you as a PC player need do is put your CD-KEY in your game account. Do it here:Quote:

no downloaded from trions main web site deluxe edition. got an order nymber but its a no go and thier is no ark code in game on accounts
how the hell hard is it to figure out he bought it from the trion site and there is no cd key and she wants to know where to find the link code? i have the same problem and no ones given me a remotely helpful answer.
Didn't you get an email? If I remember correctly (and I'm old and senile) that's what happens.
You don't. Since you bought the game from Trion, you do not need/get a cd key. If your refering to the Arkfall codes / Ark Hunter Training, you log into that page from the Defiance site with your account info and input the codes. The items will appear ingame automatically, just pull up the ingame store, look towards the bottom under 'claim items'. Thats all there is to a Trion bought download.
The 'link to account' is ONLY if you bought a console version and wish to use the Arkfall codes.
The Arkfall codes are not needed to PLAY the game. they were an incentive for people to pay attention and participate in things before launch. Its good help for people starting out, so I do suggest doing it, but its not mandatory to make your account work.
Not sure exactly what the issue is, but Deluxe package for me when I got it didn't come with any CD-key style code or anything. However, I had already purchased the physical CD box and used that CD-Key to activate my copy. I'm presuming since you brought it from TRION Worlds, Inc. directly, you should have a similar key that should have either been emailed to you (possibly in junk/spam folder) or when you log on to Trion Worlds website, and go to "Manage Games" -> "Defiance PC game" area you should see something like download client.
Now, if you are using an older client. You might see an authorization number area at the bottom. If that is what you are talking about. Then close the client launcher, and right click on the icon. Choose "Run as Administrator" and update the client that way. It should then get rid of the authorization number area.
Otherwise, please be more specific in what you are having issues with.
ok if you link you account to the ego ingame thier are secrect easter egg type codes you can input to get things in game . more inventory slots ect passed the delux package items. They are hidden in game world. From the reading i have been doing but that 15 digit ark code is needed to unlock them and since i did not buy the box game no key. So with out ark code that should be in accounts ingame im sol

With the first link, you LOGIN with your ACCOUNT INFO, no cd key or anything is needed. It's already tied to your trion/defiance account.
