Keep getting killed w/ full shields. Bug?

Im throwing out my grenade. It lands a safe distance away... Boom, and im dead. Full shields, half shields doesnt matter. Only seems to happen at arkfalls and the new sieges... Maybe its just me, but 6 times in an hour... i dont die 6 times in a week... WTH is going on??

Same here. Throw my grenade and lands away from me and BOOM I'm dead.
