Lag at sieges (possible workaround cure)
So yesterday during some sieges me and a friend noticed if you cycle through a few loadouts(possibly when your character gets redrawn[you are unable to move until your character reappears]). It cures the lag.

This requires more cases to tell if it works but it's a thought until they patch it.

Sieges are rather fun when not lagging and this seemed to have resolved the issue, if only temporarily.

Anything is worth a shot. Thanks for the info and later on tonight I'll put up my info on if it works for me.

My frame rate was actually pretty high, 40+ during the siege. When there are soo many people on screen, your bottleneck is your CPU. Very few games can run 50+ people on screen without a huge slowdown if you don't have an expensive CPU. Basically, the only way you are going to fix this is investing in a high quality CPU.

Edit: Im assuming you're talking about frame rate lag. If you are talking about latency (completely unrelated to frame rate) then it is most likely their servers. Although I went to a siege last night with at least 100+ people there, and I noticed no latency lag what-so-ever. So, I don't know...

I actually accidentally tried to do this because I went to check and see if my last perk was there. When I did this, it took forever for my loadouts to even show up or for me to be able to do anything after I pressed start. I even had to wait while I was being attacked to be able to exit this screen. When I was back in the game, I couldn't even change weapons. I had a BMG equipped and couldn't get back to my SAW. I ran out of the siege (Bolinas) and waited and was finally able to check my loadouts for that perk. I exited the screen, still had the BMG equipped and had to wait to be able to get the SAW. Got back to Bolinas, tried to shoot the SAW, and my connection timed out.

I have timed out in only 3 so far. Each one there was a heavy use of swarm and mass cannons each time. So next one I'm at gonna stay away from being in same area and see if that helps me any
