yeah when i first saw them, i was like ok so maybe mission rewards but i have ppl who have done evry side missions possible

I think, this weapon is one of the many new DLC weapons that are coming out ("charged weapons"). If it was in Greg's inventory then I'm guessing he is testing them out?

I'm guessing here because I didn't watch the live stream.

the description is a manual action sniper but dlc seems the best idea

Pretty sure that's just a VOT Bolter with a unique name. The only truly unique weapon in the game is infector grenades to my knowledge.

i have a volter and the picture doesnt match soo many mysteries

what about that weird Blast Rifle he had in ATB Episode 8?

It's a normal syphon bolter stat for stat. The gun may look different but it's just a votan bolter.
