Hey there Erik I would like to have some of my questions answered.. What are we getting for all the boost we purchased and we didn't get to use. Also what are we getting for all the downtime of the servers the past couple months and the issue with not being able to play with friends. I would also like to point out that before you can revamp the clan menu you have to fix it first. When scroll though the list after 15 members it will restart back to the beginning and can't get past that person I have 1800+ members and can only scroll though the first 15 members. I also would like to know why names do not appear in clan list. Also why a leader rank can promote someone to a leader also why I have to promote a person to officer in order for them to be able to send clan invites I think a member rank should have the option. Why I get the options to send a friend who is already in the clan a clan invite. Why when I go into co op with 3 of my clan members I don't get the clan boost half of the time.

Learning processe uhm that's what college is for. Also you think after making rift they would need much learning

Why would they lock the thread nobody broke any of the rules for the forum

We fully admit we've had a troublesome series of patches - however we're still here working through them.

For your boosts over the past several days we'll do something to make up for them.

Then that's abusing power. There is no rule saying you cannot complain or criticiz about dev

... Are you still schooling? Staff training and process improvements really exists in workplaces, or atleast in decent sized companies.

If not, and your work does not involve a learning process, it might be high time to get a new job. You wouldn't be going anywhere at your current one.

I Would really appreciate that Erik. There a event bonus going on maybe instead of 25% make it 50% or even 25% loot event boost and 25% XP boost. I hope you seen my issue with the clan menu

I'm sure personal insults at another forum member or community moderator is against forum rules.

They usually will close a thread if it is not respectful and constructive. It is good that Lance is actually talking with us. I wish the Matt would also. I know people of busy but it is nice once in awhile and shows the company cares.
