The xbone will offload game components to the cloud while your playing to free up resources on the machine so a solid internet connection is going to be a must. What if MS servers go down? Then what?

To be fair to MS ISP's are to blame for the lack of investment into improving the internet, I just don't see how MS can see the current state of the technology as ready for an always on device heavily reliant on cloud storage.

I totally agree with you, I am not sold on the reliance of the cloud. I mentioned a few posts back, that it was a bad idea by MS to put so much faith in the internet, and while its better then the old dial up days, its still not up to scratch.
Its also been talked about that the PS4 can and will use Gaikai as well with some of its games in a similar way the XB1 does. If it does then it will add more weight to the PS4's power, but it does then open it up to the same weakness if it become too reliant.

Turn 10 dev's of Forza said that you can't use the cloud because their in game anti-hacker/cheating would flag you as one.

Yes I did, you questioned if I was bias by using a reply I posted out of context. Why would I link a video of each system crashing in a reply to a post with a video titled 'Xbox one crashes at E3'?
On top why not just mention that it turns out a number of the cabinets at E3 carrying the Xbox One logo, contained PC's.

Can you provide a source, as i would be really interested in reading that. As everything I have read about it talks about the 'Drivatar' and how the game uses the cloud to learn how you play.
As I said, as each day goes by and new information for both systems appear. :/

    But wait...there's more!

Xbox One will divide EU into different markets

Notably this "region coding" splits up the EU - most countries are in but some are out - and it also excludes Poland, the development home of The Witcher game series, a title Microsoft touted in its E3 launch presentation. Yes, that's right, the developers of this Xbox launch title will not be able to play the game they developed. I generally find it wise to assume that Microsoft are not stupid, but whatever their plan is, it's eluding me here. Sony was quick to announce that its competitive product, the PS4, would not be region-locked.

to truly hold onto the not being bias title , you could have responded with BOTH showing no strong opinion on either and that both had troubles at E3 , instead you chose JUST PS4 , game set and match

You either need to find a woman to get your argue fix from or go join a debate club.

most of you responses are trying to bait others into an arguement and the other half a just PS4 rocks!! Xbone sucks!!! trololololl statements. with one or two actual points.
(Go back and look at all the posts on this thread if you dont believe me)

Enjoy your trip to PS4, looks like a good move. Less people like you i have to deal with on the xbone the better.

Before I jump into the debate I want to point out that I have already preordered and paid for my XB1. That being said mine will not be in the main living room with the whole family. It will be in my office where my 360 is. No Cable TV. Just internet...

What your all failing to realize is the data collected by MS can be obtained by the US Government. In this case it would be what you said to your mate in the chat or who you called on Skype. Watch a extreme video and you get flagged.

Although its only recently that the practice of obtaining information from major companies has become mainstream. It's been going on for awhile. Now you put a system in your house that has the ability to record the movement and conversations of everyone in the room. Facial recognition program that gets tapped to look for some random bloke.

We have 3 xboxs in our house and have a family membership. Its not uncommon for me to buy a game like Star Wars Lego and let my youngest who's 3 play it. He actually plays it on two different xboxs. If I'm playing on mine he just takes the disc and plays it on his sisters Xbox.

This is the same thing with Fable 3 and Halo's. One Disc gets played by everyone in the family at some time. The exception to this is games like Black Ops when I buy a copy for both my oldest son and myself. So right now I don't plan on buying a 2nd Xbox1 and the kids will have to just hold on to their xboxs till they die.

Last Grip for me is the lack of gamer details or common sense on MS part. Like can I login on my xbox and play a game and watch netflix on my xbox1? Or can I only be logged into one system. Do they think I'm going to spend $60 on a game every couple weeks unless I know it's an awesome game. How many bombs have we all bought alone in 2013? Aliens??

Il get this out of the way.. ok here goes im getting a PS4 and jumping ship from xbox but for you and others like you the xbone seems like it will work for you with the family account features you are happy with the restrictions and they fit into your life style you have thought about it and theres no wrong choice you go with whats best for you :)

Tbis isnt directed at you by the way but i would think the majority of people going to ps4 are doing so as a gaming choice not based on exclusives but hardware and also which restrictions are best for them. Which can only be decided on an individual basis me and my friends want consoles first and foremost with the best specs devs can work with in real world development ie x86 based best gpu best ram, and we still play single player games I dont want to play online all the time I loved re4, silent hill, project zero, ico, shaddow of the collosus.

I just honestly see more people going with ps4 as a gaming choice it will be interesting to see how many people want an entertainment box that plays games or an all round system for the living room. Two different approaches have ms alienated their current users or did they get it right after the additions to xbox360 as an entertainment system is that what people got the machine for.
