I can't get on either. Around 11am PST yesterday I couldn't get onto the servers and then I just tried now and I get the same error. *Sigh
Same problem here been like this for 3 or 4 days now im beyond pissed.i have uninstalled an reinstalled several times in hopes of fixing this i refuse to do it again.I suggest finding a fix soon trion or your game is going down the crapper and you just might face legal action as well.
legal threats are pointless. when you log on you press the green button to confirm the eula. your threat is just silly.
A friend and I are both getting the same error
I know ppl cant do anything legally, but i am worrid that ppl are goin to stop playing. I hope they can get all this stuff worked out because i really love this game and dont want to see it fail. Im still hoping that itll turn out like other mmos that have buggy starts and things will get better, but im starting to lose faith :/. It kind of bad when every time i get home i worry that i wont be able to play because of servers being down or some new bug. Luckily i have some faith in this game and trion and im optimistic, idk for how much longer thoughQuote:

Possible Solution!
I just unlinked my Ego Account from my console and re-linked with a new code.
After unlinking and relinking my console, I immediately got into the game the next time I tried.
Prior to doing this, I had tried logging in this morning and tonight about 20-30 times continuously getting the Critical Error about connection timing out.
Hope this helps you guys! I know how frustrating it was!
