for M$ it's about controlling and stopping the hacked/modded systems and piracy. it's how they will further be able to brick systems one the hackers figure out how to get passed the new system...again.Quote:

It's in no way about trusting the consumer. Many articles I've read seem to think that the piracy issue (while it is an issue) isn't big enough to lock down that system like that for their users. This shouldn't hve been an issue at all.

even though ive always loved ms i really hope there decisions hurt them and make the xboxone the next wiiu simply because there hurting the gaming industry in a massive way and even worse they just dont care
