I don't see why we shouldn't. We're ark hunters using our weapons. I can see the point that we do so much damage at arkfalls we would have level 20 in a few days but why not at least give us a fraction of the damage xp or give us xp related to kills and assists? I believe we get it in sieges so why not arkfalls? It's got to the point where arkfalls have become secondary to sieges, yet I thought the game was about arkfalls?
I don't do arkfalls anymore, i wait for sieges (and get pissed when an arkfall lands in region I am waiting, sieges seem to look where I am and fall elsewhere). Mainly down to weapon exp, it feels like a waste of time doing major arkfalls, I can get 5 keys just as easy at sieges and lvl up my weapons at same time. That and I came 1st in 2 arkfalls recently and all i got was two blue grenades, at least i get purple shields at Sieges (clearly sieges became the spot to get shields now we get weapons at arkfalls).
Soon, thanks to infected emergencies and sieges I won't have any weapons left to skill up, and even less reason to keep playing game.

I would be happy if instead of giving us weapon or kill xp at arkfalls they give us lockboxes as rewards. Like 1st place gets a t4, 2-3rd a T3, and 4-10 or 20 a T2. Still reward the same keys and xp at the end, but now people have a chance (even somewhat slim) of getting a legendary. I feel that this would make more people actually want to do the entire arkfall and put all their effort into it instead of popping off a few shots, making a few kills, then running off to do something else until everyone else finishes the arkfall.
We sort of already get a lock box at end of arkfalls except its a virtual T2 box and seems to have better chance at blues than a normal T2 has. I would like this idea if I felt T4 boxes were worth the time, but its been a month or so since i got anything worth keeping out of one, most of the time its all blue/green stuff I could just as easily get at a siege or off ground at an emergency. So getting 4 items I just turn into ark salvage is another reason I just don't care about Arkfalls, the keys really aren't worth the effort. I might start buying synergy mod boxes with them instead.
I'm starting to see less people at arkfalls. To be honest I wait about for sieges mostly now. If I'm at an arkfall and I see a siege appear I'm in my roller and out of the arkfall as quick as I can.
